Unlucky 13 Productions
Unlucky 13 Productions was founded by Samantha Murdock Hussey, an Austin-based writer, director, and producer. Hussey graduated with a B.S in Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas at Austin in the spring of 2024. She is currently obtaining her Master's in Management through Southern Methodist University while simultaneously working on projects. She chose to pursue this masters to blend her creative experience and expertise with tangible and transferable business skills to bridge these two sides of the entertainment industry, which is often divided. This company exists based on using failures to your advantage and working hard to go after what you want. We make our own luck where we can and push ourselves to achieve the rest.
