When Jo's ex-boyfriend moves back to town, things get complicated as she navigates their relationship, her friendships, and what she's doing with her life.

"Pace Yourself" is a romantic comedy set in Austin, Texas, the same location where it was filmed. This project is the definition of a labor of love. It took over two years of pre-production, mostly spent writing and rewriting, until filming took place in the summer of 2025. Every person part of this project has some tie to the city of Austin and the themes explored within the story. It's a deeply personal film about trying to figure out what you're doing with your life when you're in your 20s and ultimately realizing that it doesn't matter how old you are, everyone's trying to figure out what they want to do and who they want to be, it's not exclusive to your 20s, but man does it feel like it.
